5 Minute Meal Prep: Happy Gut Mango-Basil-Broccoli Green Probiotic Smoothie
A happy tummy is very important. Certain foods, especially junk and fast food, really harms your digestive system and makes is much more difficult to keep of weight. Personally, I drink this almost every day without fail. The best part is all you need is a blender for this super easy, healthy, and yummy recipe. You will barely even notice the probiotic and veggies are even there!
An unhappy tummy is an imbalanced one. Imbalance means that there are much more bad bacteria in your stomach than good ones. Probiotics contain live microorganisms that help restore the natural balance of gut bacteria. You may not know it but bad bacteria could be winning in your stomach because of poor diet, illness, and medication like antibiotics. Unfortunately, that can lead to big problems like digestive issues, mental health problems, allergies, and obesity. A happy gut is a happy life!

Happy Gut Mango-Basil-Broccoli Probiotic Smoothie
Prep Time: 5 minutes
1 Medium Ripe Banana
1 Large Juicy Valencia Orange
1½ Large Extra Ripe Mangos
1 Cup Broccoli
2 Handfuls Kale
2 Handfuls Spinach
2 Extra Soft Medjool Dates, pitted
1 Handful Fresh Basil
1 Scoop Powdered Probiotics (Optional)
- Place banana, peeled orange, chopped mango, chopped broccoli, kale, spinach, dates, basil (very important) into blender.
- Add probiotic (optional).
- Add water and blend.
